摘要:
为了寻求防治烟粉虱的有效措施,从自然罹病虫体上分离得到玫烟色棒束孢(Isaria fumosorosea),经室内毒力测定后,筛选出1株对烟粉虱具有较强致病力菌株JZ-7,27 ℃时菌丝生长和产孢量达到最大。YPD培养基上的菌丝生长最优,PDA、YM培养基次之,YG培养基最差;YPD培养基的产孢量最多,YM、PDA次之,YG最少。
