摘要:
为优化土壤有机质测定方法,利用可控温消解炉加热样品反应液进行土壤有机质测定,研究消解炉加热法的最适反应条件。结果表明,最适消解条件为:消解炉温度230 ℃,反应液微沸5 min。测定结果准确可靠,稳定性好,方法较国标法中的油浴加热法方便且易于控制,经标准样品测试,结果均在标准定值范围内,重复测定相对标准偏差小于0.49%。利用消解炉加热消解反应液测定土壤有机质方法简便可行。
