摘要:
猪粪和鸡粪是沙门氏菌的主要传播载体。主要探讨了猪粪和鸡粪对土壤中沙门氏菌存活行为的影响,为防控土壤沙门氏菌污染和人畜共患疾病的暴发提供参考。研究采集了5种南方典型农业土壤,通过添加猪粪和鸡粪2种粪肥,利用室内培养试验,开展了沙门氏菌在土壤中的存活试验,探讨其存活影响因素。结果表明:(1)添加猪粪和鸡粪的供试土壤中沙门氏菌浓度随着时间变化的趋势在培养初期有1个先升高后逐渐衰亡的过程。(2)添加猪粪土壤(21.11~45.26 d)中沙门氏菌的存活时间明显长于添加鸡粪的土壤(14.33~34.94 d),说明猪粪比鸡粪更能促进沙门氏菌在土壤中的存活。(3) 土壤pH值(r=0.829)、有机碳含量(r=0.567)、总氮(r=0.466)和钾含量(r=0429)是影响粪肥添加土壤中沙门氏菌存活的最重要因素。
