摘要:
近年来,随着我国生鲜市场的快速发展,冷链物流迎来了新的发展契机。由于我国冷链物流起步晚,发展慢,尚未形成体系,难以实现跨区域和反季节销售活动,从而出现了产量高、销售量小的局面,也是导致生鲜农产品价格高、品质差的重要原因。首先,对我国生鲜农产品冷链物流进行概述,分析我国冷链物流发展现状,针对生鲜农产品冷链物流的特殊性,分析和定义冷链物流配送过程中的时间、温度和货损成本,建立配送总成本最小化模型;其次,进一步探索冷链物流配送路径优化研究的方案;最后,通过节约成本法加以分析求解,验证模型和算法的可行性。结果表明,基于时温特性处理生鲜农产品冷链物流配送路径问题,节约成本法达到降低配送成本、满足客户需求时间的双重要求。随着时间的推移,生鲜农产品物流成为未来物流业发展的重要方向。
