摘要:
采用16S rDNA基因序列分析法对笔者所在实验室分离的芽孢杆菌B3、G1和G4菌株进行鉴定,构建系统发育树。结果表明:G1菌株与枯草芽孢杆菌模式菌株168聚类在一起,说明G1菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌;B3、G4菌株与解淀粉芽孢杆菌模式菌株FZB42聚类在一起,表明它们为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。平板拮抗活性检测试验结果表明:B3、G1和G4菌株对油菜菌核病菌和水稻白叶枯病菌具有良好的抑菌活性,其中B3菌株对油菜菌核病菌的抑制作用较明显,平均抑菌圈面积为2.01 cm2,G4菌株对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑制作用较明显,平均抑菌圈面积为 3.14 cm2。MALDI-TOF-MS分析结果表明,菌株G4能够产生表面活性素、伊枯草菌素和泛革素3种脂肽类化合物,说明G4的拮抗活性与脂肽化合物的合成及分泌有关。
