摘要:
为了探索龙眼核中精油提取的最佳工艺,在单因素试验基础上以提取时间、提取温度、液料比为试验因素,以精油提取率为响应值,采用3因素3水平响应面分析法进行试验。结果表明:3个因素对精油提取率的影响顺序为液料比>提取时间>提取温度;最佳提取工艺参数:提取时间22 min、提取温度70 ℃、液料比 43 mL/g,精油提取率预测值为1.806%,验证值为1.817%。试验表明,响应面法对龙眼核精油提取条件的优化是可行的,可用于实际预测。
