摘要:
研究微波辅助提取、反相高效液相色谱法测定花椰菜中维生素C含量的方法。将花椰菜匀浆后,以1%草酸为萃取剂,微波提取、净化后,采用恒流的方法进行液相色谱定量检测,以0.1%草酸溶液为流动相,流速 1.0 mL/min,采用C18反相色谱柱分离,在254 nm波长下检测。结果表明,维生素C浓度在0.02~0.12 mg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 6,检测限0.02 mg/kg,回收率在99.9%~104.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.20%。说明微波辅助法、反相高效液相色谱法能有效提取蔬菜中的维生素C,且测定结果稳定、重现性好,可以用于蔬菜中维生素C的检测。
