摘要:
分析不同产地仙鹤草挥发油的化学成分,结果表明,浙江省产仙鹤草挥发油分离出41个色谱峰,鉴定出27种化学成分;湖南省产仙鹤草挥发油分离出47个色谱峰,鉴定出27种化学成分;广西壮族自治区产仙鹤草挥发油分离出22个色谱峰,鉴定出13种化学成分;浙江省产的仙鹤草与湖南省产的仙鹤草挥发油主要种类及含量比较接近,各自又有独特的成分,这2个产地的仙鹤草与广西壮族自治区产的仙鹤草挥发油种类及含量差异较大。
