摘要:
通过在樱桃谷肉鸭饲料中添加不同微生态制剂,分析其对樱桃谷肉鸭屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响。试验选取1日龄的樱桃谷鸭240羽,随机分成4组,1个对照组和3个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加乳酸杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、氟苯尼考;试验期42 d。结果表明:在饲粮中添加微生态制剂可以提高樱桃谷肉鸭的半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率,降低腹脂率,且差异显著;添加微生态制剂后肌肉品质与对照组差异不显著,对照组与抗生素组的胸肌剪切力、胸肌pH值差异显著。
