摘要:
以冷榨核桃粕为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用超声波技术辅助乙醇提取饼粕中的油脂,以油脂提取得率为考察指标进行中心组合设计及响应面分析。结果表明,在料液比1 g ∶25 mL、提取温度78 ℃的条件下,最佳提取工艺参数为超声波时间43 min、超声波功率90 W、乙醇浓度93%,在此条件下的油脂提取得率为9.34%。与索氏抽提法的油脂得率为9.87%相比,超声波辅助乙醇提取核桃粕油脂的方案是可行的,并且对于深入开发安全、健康的核桃粕产品具有重要意义。
