摘要:
采用表面增强拉曼光谱方法(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)结合快速溶剂提取前处理方法快速检测茶叶中多菌灵农药残留。以表面增强试剂为基底,采集不同浓度多菌灵溶液的表面增强拉曼信号;以表面增强试剂为基底,采集以茶叶提取液为基质的不同浓度多菌灵溶液表面增强拉曼信号。结果表明:630、730、1 004、1 221、1 262、1 368、1 462、1 528 cm-1处的拉曼信号较强,可作为多菌灵农药的特征峰;采用SERS方法检测干茶中多菌灵农药的最低检测浓度为2 mg/L,满足国标检测茶叶的要求;选用630 cm-1处的峰强度与多菌灵浓度制定标准曲线,在2~50 mg/L具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=15.731x+1 151.9,r2=0.980 2;回收率为86.84%~9240%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,说明本方法有良好的重现率。
