摘要:
研究了解淀粉芽孢杆菌NCPSJ7发酵产胞外抗菌物质的发酵条件,以无菌发酵液对西瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌圈直径为指标,探讨了发酵温度、装液量、接种量、摇床转速和发酵时间对发酵液抑菌活性的影响。通过单因素试验、Plackett-Burman设计及Box-Behnken响应面法优化并确定了最佳发酵条件为发酵温度为33.82 ℃,接种量为4.06%,摇床转速为152.46 r/min,装液量为100 mL/250 mL三角瓶,发酵时间为6 d。在最适发酵条件下预测无菌发酵液的抑菌圈直径为25.65 mm,优化后的发酵条件大大提高了发酵液的抑菌活性。
