摘要:
探讨1株来自藏猪粪便中具有一定体外益生潜力的解淀粉芽孢杆菌SWUN-TP23在动物体内的益生性、安全性及添加到饲料中的应用性。结果表明,按108 CFU/mL饲喂小鼠对其生长性能影响最大,可促进小鼠胸腺和脾脏发育,日均增质量较对照组提高1倍左右,在肉眼和光学显微镜下观察小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾等内脏均未发现明显的病理变化;将解淀粉芽孢杆菌SWUN-TP23添加到发酵饲料中,可降解一定量的黄曲霉毒素B1。试验表明,该菌株能提高小鼠生长性能,增强小鼠的免疫力,安全无毒,且添加到发酵饲料中还能在一定程度上降低饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量,具有一定的应用价值。
