摘要:
研究了团头鲂幼鱼饲料中维生素B2的最适需求量及维生素B2水平对团头鲂幼鱼生长性能、体组成、抗氧化功能和肠道消化酶活性的影响。试验采用单因子浓度梯度法,将鱼随机分为6组,投喂不同水平的维生素B2,分别为166、2.83、4.29、6.15、8.37、11.28 mg/kg的半纯合饲料,每日3次,饱食投喂12周。结果表明,饲料中维生素B2水平对团头鲂幼鱼饵料系数、存活率和形体指标均无显著影响。当饲料中维生素B2水平从1.66 mg/kg升至 6.15 mg/kg 时,团头鲂幼鱼的增质量率和特定生长率均显著增加;当维生素水平进一步升高时,则显著下降。饲料中维生素B2水平对团头鲂幼鱼全鱼的水分、粗蛋白和粗灰分水平均无显著影响。团头鲂幼鱼全鱼粗脂肪水平在饲料中维生素B2水平由1.66 mg/kg升至6.15 mg/kg时则显著升高;当维生素B2水平进一步升高时,则显著下降。当饲料中维生素B2水平从1.66 mg/kg升至4.29 mg/kg时,团头鲂幼鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性和还原型谷胱甘肽的含量,以及肠道淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性均显著升高,当维生素B2水平进一步升高时,则显著下降;丙二醛含量变化趋势则与之相反。根据团头鲂幼鱼增质量率、肝脏维生素B2沉积量和肝脏D-AAO活性进行回归分析结果,团头鲂幼鱼饲料中维生素B2最适添加量分别为5.21、4.65、6.02 mg/kg。
