摘要:
通过乙腈匀浆振荡提取,过弗罗里矽柱净化,利用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)对芹菜样品中的氟虫腈残留量进行测定。结果显示,当氟虫腈添加质量分数为10.0、20.0、50.0 μg/kg时,添加回收率为72.5%~82.7%、81.6%~86.7%、82.6%~90.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.1%、2.5%、3.4%。方法检出限为1.0 μg/kg,最低定量限为 5.0 μg/kg。该方法简单、快速、准确,可以对气相色谱(GC)检测芹菜中氟虫腈残留假阳性结果进行有效确证,适用于芹菜中氟虫腈残留量的定性筛查和定量分析。
