摘要:
以3年生北陆、都克、喜来、伯克利4个蓝莓品种为材料,测定基质pH值分别为3.42、4.27、4.75、5.84、6.83时蓝莓叶片的生物膜系统、保护酶系统、渗透调节物质含量等生理指标变化。结果表明,在基质pH值在3.42~6.83范围内,随pH值的升高,蓝莓叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量、渗透调节物质含量呈先降后升趋势,SOD、CAT活性多呈先升后降趋势,POD活性呈“W”形变化。
