摘要:
以传统水泥地面养殖方式为对照,研究发酵床饲养方式对猪舍环境的影响。结果表明,发酵床组空气相对湿度、氨气含量显著低于水泥地面组(P<0.05);发酵床组和水泥地面组的环境温度、空气总悬浮物颗粒、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)浓度无显著性差异;发酵床组空气中细菌总数显著高于水泥地面组(P<0.05);从猪场排水口废水取样分析可知,发酵床组废水中氨含量、磷含量、化学需氧量(COD)和粪大肠菌群数量显著低于水泥地面组。由结果可知,夏季高温高湿季节发酵床饲养模式能够改善猪舍环境。
