摘要:
农业现代化与新型城镇化是东北三省新时期经济振兴的重要战略任务之一，二者之间的和谐发展可以形成互相促进、和谐共赢的局面。在构建评价指标体系的基础上，通过主成分分析法确定农业现代化与新型城镇化的指标权重。利用2000—2014年东北三省的有关数据为样本，通过综合评分法分别对农业现代化与新型城镇化的综合发展指数进行计算，总体上看东北三省农业现代化的发展要滞后于新型城镇化的发展。在此基础上对其协调发展度进行实证分析。结果表明，东北三省农业现代化与新型城镇化协调发展度不断优化提高，处于一个良性的发展态势；从时间序列比较分析结果看，辽宁省的发展态势呈现相对平稳增长，吉林省与黑龙江省的发展波动则较大。通过协调发展度的收敛性分析，结果表明随着时间的推移，东北三省农业现代化与新型城镇化协调发展度的离散程度趋于下降。
