摘要:
利用CodonW 1.4.2和SPSS 19.0软件分析30种半翅目昆虫线粒体CO Ⅰ基因并进行聚类。结果表明,同一单系群里相对越进化的昆虫其CO Ⅰ基因的有效密码子数量(effective number of codons,简称ENC)越小,密码子偏好性越强;在总科以下各分类阶元聚类分析所反映的亲缘关系与现存分类系统基本相符。说明基于昆虫线粒体 CO Ⅰ基因密码子偏好性的聚类分析在一定程度上可以反映物种之间的亲缘关系,但更适用于同一单系群中较为进化的类群。
