摘要:
对中华鳑鲏精子超低温冷冻保存技术进行探究,评估了精子在激活后活力随时间的延长而变化趋势;选取5%、10%、15% 3种浓度二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为冷冻保护剂,分别评估精子在液氮液面上方不同高度、不同保持时间情况下冷冻后解冻精子的动性,筛选出该条件下较优的冷冻方法。结果表明,中华鳑鲏精子用10% DMSO在液氮上方5 cm处、保持5 min后转入液氮中冷冻后解冻精子可以保持较好活力。该研究为中华鳑鲏精子冷冻保存提供一种可行的方法,为进一步优化冷冻保存技术提供参考。
