摘要:
基于土地利用和主要道路等空间数据,运用地理信息系统(GIS)技术和Logistic回归模型对河南省郑州地区耕地向建设用地转变的时空格局进行模拟与分析。结果表明,构建的模拟2000—2015年及其不同时段(2000—2005、2005—2010、2010—2015年)耕地向建设用地转变的4个Logistic回归模型的ROC值皆在0.75以上,能够较好地解释和模拟耕地城镇化的时空格局。2000—2015年耕地邻域内建设用地的丰富度和耕地所属城市的中心性是影响耕地向建设用地转变的稳定因素,建设用地的丰富度越大,所属城市的中心性越强,耕地向建设用地转变的发生比越大;反之,发生比则越小。另外,距城镇居民点和主要道路的距离也是影响耕地向建设用地转变的重要因素,但是不同时段由于耕地城镇化模式发生变化,使得它们的作用存在明显差异。Logistic回归模型模拟得出的耕地向建设用地转变概率的空间分布图,可以为今后的耕地保护提供决策支持,模型模拟概率越大的耕地将来被城镇扩张占用的可能性越大,因此应该将其作为动态监测与保护的重点。
