摘要:
为了研究我国产城融合城镇化发展现状，在对北京、天津、上海、山东、江苏、浙江、广东7省(市)进行大量调研的基础上，通过宏观统计资料与微观调研数据相结合的方式，构建多维度的评价指标体系，采用层次分析法、目标值法和加权平均法进行实证研究。结果显示：我国产业发展与城镇化融合度较低，产业经济发展水平明显超前，而土地与环境发展明显滞后，人口与就业、收入与生活、社会发展总体上处于中等水平，但各地发展水平不尽相同。因此，各省(市)在发展产业经济的同时，要突出人口与就业的核心地位，使得社会发展与经济发展同步，同时不要超过土地与环境的承载力。
