摘要:
通过田间小区试验,研究不同氮肥水平下有机肥替代不同比例的化学肥对黄瓜的产量、养分吸收及效率、营养和品质等的影响。结果表明,有机肥替代部分化肥显著增加黄瓜的产量,以施用75%化肥氮配施25%有机肥氮处理最佳,其氮素农学效率、氮肥偏生产力以及氮肥表观利用率最高,品质指标(维生素C、氨基酸含量)明显提高,硝酸盐含量显著降低。因此,适量有机肥与化学肥配施既能减少化肥用量、节约生产成本,又能提高黄瓜的产量和品质,同时还可以实现畜禽养殖废弃物循环利用,减少对环境的污染风险。
