摘要:
蚓粪与蛭石4 ∶1(体积比)混合物中添加氮、磷、钾肥复混成育苗基质,通过温室大棚培育西红柿幼苗,探究育苗基质对西红柿幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,蚓粪蛭石按照4 ∶1体积混合育苗基质的容重、总空隙度,持水空隙度显著小于对照基质,而通气空隙度和气水比显著大于对照基质。蚓粪-蛭石育苗基质中添加氮磷钾有利于西红柿幼苗生长发育,加入0.5 kg/m3尿素显著增大展宽、株高、根表面积、根直径、根体积、茎叶干质量、根干质量、总干质量和壮苗指数,1.0 kg/m3尿素处理的西红柿幼苗根干质量和根冠比显著大于0.5 kg/m3尿素处理,同时添加过磷酸钙 10.0 kg/m3、硫酸钾1.0 kg/m3显著增大株高、根干质量和根体积,混合添加尿素1.0 kg/m3、过磷酸钙10.0 kg/m3和硫酸钾 1.0 kg/m3 显著增大西红柿幼苗茎叶发育、根系发育和物质累积分配等各项指标。育苗后,添加尿素导致基质pH值显著下降,添加过磷酸钙和硫酸钾导致基质EC值显著增大,混合添加尿素1.0 kg/m3、过磷酸钙10.0 kg/m3和硫酸钾1.0 kg/m3显著增大了基质有效氮含量、速效磷含量和有效钾含量。总之,蚓粪蛭石按4 ∶1体积比混合基质中添加尿素增大西红柿茎叶和根系各指标的效果优于添加过磷酸钙和硫酸钾,育苗后混合基质的有效氮含量是反映基质质量优劣的重要指标。添加尿素1.0 kg/m3、过磷酸钙10.0 kg/m3和硫酸钾1.0 kg/m3到4 ∶1体积比的蚓粪蛭石混合物最有利于西红柿幼苗的生长发育。
