摘要:
随着近年来新疆农产品出口贸易增长迅速，新疆农产品出口市场过于集中的问题日益凸显，解决此问题的关键是大力开拓农产品出口市场。以新疆毗邻或邻近11国为研究对象，运用国际市场选择模型(IMS权衡模型)从市场销售潜力和市场进入障碍2个方面对各市场的相对吸引力进行分析和评价。结论显示，哈萨克斯坦和印度2国的市场销售潜力高、进入障碍低，是相对吸引力最高的出口市场；巴基斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦2国市场销售潜力低且市场进入障碍高，市场前景差，是相对吸引力最低的出口市场。其他国家的相对吸引力决定于企业决策者的营销偏好，俄罗斯和伊朗拥有高的市场销售潜力，但是市场进入障碍也很高，适合于更加注重市场机会的企业。而阿富汗、吉尔吉斯斯坦、蒙古、土库曼斯坦和塔吉克斯坦5国市场销售潜力和市场进入障碍都很低，比较适合相对保守的企业。
