摘要:
在冬虫夏草真菌培养过程中,菌株SH-1菌丝产生粉红色变化的现象,粉红菌株ZH-1与正常菌株SH形态存在很大差异。菌株SH-1与粉红菌株ZH-1的ITS序列比对鉴定结果表明,11株SH-1和2株ZH-1都能扩增出条带,条带清晰且稳定,分布在500~750 bp范围内,13株菌株在GenBank中应用Blast比对都与Paecilomyces sp. Cs-4(EU328187)的相似性达到了100%。用3种方法对13株菌株ITS序列与分离自冬虫夏草的32株真菌ITS序列(下载自GenBank)构建系统进化树,3种方法都显示13株菌株与蝙蝠蛾拟青霉分为1支,可以确定粉红菌株ZH-1与正常菌株SH-1为同一个种,即蝙蝠蛾拟青霉。
