摘要:
川芎中挥发油提取工艺的优化，并对挥发油中化学成分进行分离鉴定。采用单因素及正交试验法优化提取工艺，并以GC-MS为检测手段。结果表明，最佳工艺条件为粒度80目，浸泡时间8 h，料液比1 g ∶10 mL，蒸馏时间14 h。在最佳工艺条件下挥发油的提取率可达0.955%。经GC-MS分析，共分离出31种组分，其中藁本内酯为川芎挥发油的主要化学成分。
