摘要:
为了获得粒度更加均一的淀粉微球,并降低淀粉微球的水溶胀性,提高淀粉微球的应用效果和应用领域,采用丙烯酸接枝淀粉制备出一种新型的淀粉微球。丙烯酸的钠盐与环氧氯丙烷反应,生成含有可聚合双键的环氧活性中间体,利用活性环氧基团与羟基的开环加成反应,将双键接枝到淀粉分子上,通过后续的悬浮自由基聚合制备了这种新型的淀粉基微球,着重探讨了丙烯酸与环氧氯丙烷用量、环氧中间体的反应时间、聚合反应温度对微球平均粒径的影响,所获得的微球使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪进行特性基团表征。
