摘要:
考察了提取温度、时间、液料比等单因素对虫草多糖提取率的影响,并根据Box-Benhnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用响应面法对闪式提取条件进行优化。结果表明,虫草多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间100 s,提取温度83 ℃,液料比25 mL/g,在此条件下多糖提取率达5.03%,比传统热水浸提法提高了27.02%,是较为理想的虫草多糖提取方法。
