摘要:
对辣根过氧化物酶进行生物印迹,最佳模板选择根据检测印迹后酶活力大小来定,并对印迹的辣根过氧化物酶进行了乙酰化和交联,用三硝基苯磺酸法检测乙酰化和交联的程度。结果表明,以对苯二胺为模板最佳,印迹酶活性比游离酶增加约10倍。
