摘要:
采用富集培养及划线纯化法,从长期喷洒多菌灵的花卉土壤中筛选到1株有效降解多菌灵的细菌。经形态观察和生理生化试验,鉴定该菌为副球菌属djj-1。在最适接种量3%~5%、温度为25~30 ℃、pH值为7的条件下,多菌灵降解率可达90.34%。在初始pH值为5、9的多菌灵无机盐培养基中培养6 d后,测得降解后的培养液pH值均为7。
