摘要:
为了给田间防治葡萄霜霉病提供安全、高效的杀菌剂,采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法,研究了3种杀菌剂对葡萄霜霉病菌的毒力和药效,结果表明,88%代森锰锌、97.4%烯酰吗啉、98%嘧菌酯的抑菌中浓度(EC50)分别为61.9、560、1.35 mg/L,其中,98%嘧菌酯对葡萄霜霉病菌的毒力最强;50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂2 500倍液及25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂1 000倍液对葡萄霜霉病的防效较好。
