摘要:
建立了以物联网为技术支撑,以国家至地方的可追溯信息平台为依托,在政府监管下的食品供应链可追溯系统模型,对食品供应链组织结构进行了优化,将食品原料供应商纳入食品供应链中,作为首要环节进行管理。对现有食品供应链可追溯信息进行了丰富完善。
