摘要:
五味子先经水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油并收集后,再将水提液与药渣分离,对水提液浓缩后加入乙醇沉淀多糖,对药渣采用超声波-微波辅助乙醇溶液萃取木脂素。结果显示,与未提挥发油而分别直接水提、醇提的五味子比较,该方法所获得的五味子多糖、木脂素类成分含量均未有明显变化。水蒸气蒸馏法能同时提取五味子挥发油和多糖,剩余药渣可作为原料,采用超声波-微波法继续提取木脂素,消耗时间短,溶剂用量小,操作简便。由此可知,该方法能节约资源,降低成本,充分提高药用资源五味子的利用率。
