摘要:
为了研究与甜瓜抗霜霉病基因紧密连锁的SSR分子标记,以甜瓜抗病品种PI414723和感病品种DF4的杂交F2群体156个单株为试验材料,利用人工鉴定方法,根据F2抗、感病单株分离比例组建抗感池,用SSR技术寻找与抗病基因连锁的分子标记。从211个SSR引物组合中筛选出3个与抗病基因紧密连锁的标记DE1887、DE1320、DM0854,遗传距离分别为26、26、13.69 cM。
