摘要:
研究了盐胁迫对海滨锦葵幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:低浓度盐胁迫处理能促进海滨锦葵生长,使其叶绿素含量、株高、干质量、鲜质量均高于对照,丙二醛(MDA)含量变化不大;而高浓度盐胁迫处理抑制其生长,表现为叶绿素含量、株高、干质量、鲜质量显著降低,MDA含量明显升高;抗氧化酶系统中SOD、POD活性随着NaCl浓度增大而升高,而CAT活性则随着NaCl浓度增大先升高后降低。
