摘要:
研究并建立了鸡饲料中角黄素、虾青素等5种类胡萝卜素的超高效液相色谱分析法。采用乙腈提取饲料样品后,将提取液直接进行进样分析。色谱柱为Waters BEH C18 (1.7 m,2.1 mm×100 mm);流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液和0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液,采用梯度洗脱;检测波长450 nm;流速0.25 mL/min。结果表明,5种类胡萝卜素在 50~500 ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.01~0.10 mg/kg,定量限为0.03~0.40 mg/kg,回收率80%~105%,精密度小于15%,说明超高效液相色谱分析法操作简便,适宜用于测定鸡饲料中的类胡萝卜素。
