摘要:
对江苏省南京市周边地区代表性饲料原料与非常规饲料资源的氨基酸组成进行分析，结果表明，本地化饲料的氨基酸含量具有明显地域差异，如本地玉米中缬氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸含量明显低于全国平均水平，亮氨酸、异亮氨酸及苏氨酸含量略偏高。
