摘要:
N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用正交设计优化合成了丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AM/AMPS)接枝改性淀粉基高吸水树脂,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对树脂的结构及吸水后的表面形貌进行表征。性能测试结果表明:在正交试验确定的较优工艺条件下,树脂对去离子水、自来水、生理盐水的吸液倍率分别为1 797.0、162.5、79.4 g/g;加压3 500 Pa条件下的保水率为74.4%。综合试验结果可以看出,树脂在土壤中的保水缓释作用显著,并且随着树脂用量的增加而增强。
