摘要:
“科技镇长团”使科技、人才工作机构设到了乡镇，充实了县、乡科技人才工作队伍，提升了工作层次和水平，成为当地党委政府科技人才工作的得力参谋和助手。科技镇长团到来后，还持续优化了市、镇2级科技管理干部队伍结构，并提升了队伍的知识层次，促进了科技管理服务水平提高。以江苏省泰州市姜堰区经验为例，分析了姜堰现代农业改革与建设的良好基础，指出了推进农业改革与建设存在的主要问题，探讨了当地科技镇长团在现代农业改革与建设中的职能定位，并提出了相应的意见和建议。
