摘要:
采用不同方法测定花生壳中黄酮类物质的抗氧化活性,并与常用的合成抗氧化剂的抗氧化性能进行对比。结果表明,天然抗氧化剂黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性高于合成抗氧化剂TBHQ,且超声波辅助提取法提取花生壳中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性明显高于索氏萃取法提取花生壳中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性。可见,超声波辅助法提取花生壳中黄酮类化合物是一种简单、可行的方法。
