摘要:
采用PCR-SSCP技术对黑羽番鸭A-FABP基因内含子进行多态性检测,分析多态性与早期体质量、屠宰性能、常规肉品质、肌肉营养成分等指标的相关性。结果表明:黑羽番鸭A-FABP基因第1内含子存在G921C单核苷酸突变,形成了HH、HI、II 3种基因型,H等位基因频率为0.129 6,I等位基因频率为0.870 4,群体纯合度为0.774 3,多态信息含量为0.200 2;除2周龄公鸭II型体质量显著高于HI型外,同性别黑羽番鸭早期体质量在不同基因型之间并无显著差异;公鸭、母鸭均表现为II基因型腹脂质量、腹脂率显著高于HI基因型,公鸭HI型肝质量、腺肌胃质量显著高于II型,其他屠宰性能指标在同性别黑羽番鸭不同基因型之间无显著差异;同性别黑羽番鸭II型胸肌中肌苷酸含量显著高于HI型,胆固醇含量在不同基因型间无显著差异;腿肌中同性别不同基因型间胆固醇、肌苷酸含量差异不显著。综合分析可知,A-FABP基因内含子1中921位的G-C突变会影响黑羽番鸭脂肪沉积能力、胸肌肌苷酸含量。
