摘要:
为了探讨诺丽果汁对过氧化氢诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤的保护作用,本试验采用H2O2造成PC12神经细胞氧化损伤模型,通过荧光显微镜观察细胞形态,MTT测定细胞存活率、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力检测法,Ho/PI染色检测细胞凋亡和细胞坏死,研究的诺丽果汁对过氧化氢所致PC12 细胞氧化损伤的影响。结果发现,体积分数在1%~5%诺丽果汁均能不同程度地保护细胞形态,增加细胞的生存率,抑制过氧化氢诱导的PC12细胞坏死,减少损伤后LDH的生成。以上结果表明,1%~5%体积分数诺丽果汁对过氧化氢诱导的PC12细胞损伤有保护作用。
