摘要:
2011年9月，泰州某猪场暴发疑似断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征传染性疾病。采集发病猪腹股沟淋巴结、脾脏和肺脏组织，研磨成组织混悬液，经PCR检测、阳性产物测序，阳性病料悬液经0.22 μm滤膜过滤后接种PK15细胞，连续盲传5代后收取细胞病毒液并提取DNA，PCR检测及间接免疫荧光鉴定，结果表明，该分离株为猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)，命名为TAIZ110926株，目标序列提交给NCBI，获得了序列号：KF039888。
