摘要:
为研究川木瓜多糖的提取和醇沉工艺,以多糖得率为提取工艺指标,沉降率为醇沉工艺指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,分别研究川木瓜多糖的提取和醇沉工艺。结果表明,川木瓜多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声预处理50 min,料液比1 g ∶20 mL,浸提温度100 ℃,浸提时间2.0 h,多糖得率可达4%以上;多糖醇沉的最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数85%,乙醇用量5倍,醇沉时间20 h,沉降率可达90%以上。
