摘要:
通过不同激素配比试验,研究桃抗重茬砧木GF677组培快繁的适宜条件。结果表明,桃抗重茬砧木GF677茎段初代最佳培养基为F14+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA,继代增殖最佳培养基为F14+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.1 mg/L GA3。不定芽在1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA的生根培养基上,30 d后生根率为89.40%,移栽成活率达60%。
