摘要:
探索常规SNPs-PCR在生物遗传多样性分析中的应用。利用5个功能基因的SNP标记和11对SSR标记,对112份陕西省水稻种质资源进行聚类分析。5个SNP标记聚类分析结果基本符合材料的亲缘关系,11对SSR标记聚类结果更接近材料的系谱来源。在样本量小时,可以利用常规SNPs-PCR分析生物的遗传多样性,样本量大时,测序技术分析更方便和准确。
