摘要:
用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法研究紫斑牡丹叶片多糖对羟自由基的清除作用,并以多糖对羟自由基清除率为50%时所需的多糖浓度为比较参数,比较了几种紫斑牡丹叶片多糖对羟自由基的清除能力。研究结果表明,6种紫斑牡丹叶片多糖对羟自由基均有清除作用,且呈明显的量效关系。清除能力从大到小依次为品种紫冠玉珠、奥运圣火、紫楼闪金、蓝荷、青春、实生苗,且清除能力差异显著。
