摘要:
农产品与食品贸易历来是国际贸易中的重要组成部分，随着经济全球化和我国现代化建设的推进，其重要性不断提高。在食品安全问题受到各界人士广泛关注的今天，一国的农产品与食品安全是一个涉及社会、经济、政治等多因素的复杂系统，出口农产品与食品更要应对全球挑战，尤其是农食产品出口中的安全问题关系到消费者健康、企业信誉和经济效益。近年来，我国农食产品在出口贸易中的受阻情况较为突出，被国外扣留或召回的比例在增加，原因是多方面的。在数据呈现和现状分析的基础上，从食品安全的视角进行思考，提出和阐述了提高出口农食品质量安全水平、加强产品质量管理制度的规范、跟踪国际农食品安全预警信息、建立健全我国农食品预警体系、提升农食品产业科技创新能力等应对策略，以加快与国际接轨的步伐，从而在竞争激烈的国际市场切实提升我国农产品与食品的出口竞争力。
