摘要:
生鲜农产品网购满意度的高低对消费者能否重复购买具有重要的作用。以美国顾客满意度指数(ACSI)模型为基础,通过构建针对生鲜农产品网购满意度的ACSI改进模型,对生鲜农产品网购满意度的影响因素进行实证研究,研究结果表明,生鲜农产品网商声誉、网商平台、感知价值、感知质量对生鲜农产品消费者网购满意度具有显著的正向影响关系;生鲜农产品消费者的网购满意度对网购忠诚具有显著的正向影响关系,而对网购抱怨具有显著负向影响关系。根据研究结论为生鲜农产品电商未来良好发展提供了建议。
